Dull or cloudy water, reduced bromine or chlorine effectiveness and increased sanitizer consumption can be caused by soluble organic wastes(urine, perspiration and suntan oils.) QUICK CLEAR destroys these wastes as well as irritating chlormines.

An unpleasant odor or the presence of chloramines is a signal it's past time to shock the pool. QUICK CLEAR destroys soluble organic wastes and irritating chloramines. Regular use helps maintain crystal clear water. Contains no chlorine so swimming can resume as soon as 15 minutes after treatment. QUICK CLEAR is not a pool water disinfectant, sanitizer or algaecide. It is for oxidizing shock treatment only and may be used in pools where chlorine or bromine is the primary disinfecting agent. It is compatible in pool water with quaternary ammonium algaecides.

FEATURES
  • Shock and swim in 15 minutes
  • Removes contaminants that cause cloudy water, eye burn and chlorine smell
  • Won't damage vinyl liners or covers

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

With pump on, broadcast treatment into the water in areas of good circulation. Remove swimmers from pool during treatment. Swimmers may reenter the water 15 minutes after shocking.

INTIAL TREATMENT: For the first treatment, use 2 pounds of QUICK CLEAR per 10,000 gallons of water.

MAINTENANCE TREATMENTS: Use 1 pound per 10,000 gallons. In most residential pools a maintenance treatment should be made every 2 weeks. Pools with heavy bather loads, commercial or semi-commercial pools should be treated weekly. A treatment is also recommended after heavy rainfalls. For commercial use, wait 4 to 6 hours before retesting for chloramines.
