CRYSTAL COAT is specifically designed to control corrosion and scale buildup in heaters, pipes, filters and other equipment. CRYSTAL COAT forms a protective film on metal surfaces contacted by pool water (including heat exchangers,light rings, copper heat sinks and other pool equipment) which protects against corrosion and scale buildup. Regular use of CRYSTAL COAT is necessary to provide consistent equipment protection. CRYSTAL COAT is compatible with most commonly used pool and spa chemicals.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Read entire label and use strictly in accordance with precautionary statements and directions.
INITIAL TREATMENT: Protect freshly filled or existing pools from unsightly scale formation and corrosion by adding 16 oz.(1lb) of CRYSTAL COAT per 10,000 gallons of pool water. Follow the APPLICATION DIRECTIONS.
APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove all debris and any other chemicals (i.e.trichlor tablets, etc.) from the skimmer.
2. With the circulating system on, add the recommended dosage of CRYSTAL COAT to the skimmer.
3. Operate the circulation system for a minimum of 24 hours following treatment.
DO NOT BACKWASH the filter for at least 24 hours. Complete dissolution of CRYSTAL COAT is necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness.
